Land's End Featherlite Backpack

Have you shopped at Lands’ End lately? I remember them fondly from my high school days, but it’s a been awhile since I’ve thumbed through their catalogue lately. (I know, no one uses catalogues anymore.) I went on their site today and was amazed by the entire section they’ve dedicated to their Back-to-School offerings. They’ve got a great backpack guide which highlights their four major brands/offerings: their Outdoor/Recycled backpacks, their ClassMate backpacks, their multipurpose backpacks, and their lunch bags and boxes. I think my favorite is definitely the Lands’ End MultiTask backpack — it’s got “overachiever” written all over it and looks like one of those power packs that superheroes use to fly. Plus I’m all about multitasking. But seriously, it can hold a bike helmet, cleats, has reflective trim to keep kids safe, an MP3 player pouch and more. It comes in powerful colors like Aztec Gold, Cobalt Blue, Olive, and more.

My second favorite would have to be the Lands’ End Eco-friendly backpack. I love the criss-cross design on the back flap and the fact that it’s made from 100% recycled fabric.

If you want something a bit more affordable, check out the Classic ClassMate backpack.  These are great, sturdy backpacks that come in great back-to-school colors at great back-t0-school prices. They fit kids ages 7 and up and most are on sale for about $24 and up. I especially love their new StudyHaul line of lunchboxes that feature an ice pack that keeps food cold for up to 5 hours! Get it,  StudyHaul? I love it.
