I’ve loved designer Cynthia Rowley since I spotted her in a park a few months after I moved to New York. She designs gorgeous, quirky-feminine clothes and accessories, and over the years has expanded her empire to include eyeglasses, kids’ clothing and now, the ultimate tiny-tot accessory: diapers! Target recently announced that Rowley and Pampers have collaborated on an exclusive collection that will be launch this month at Target stores. They’ll be available in 11 pastel prints, including madras plaid, strips and printed ruffles, and cost $15.99 for 24 toddler-sized diapers.
